Raven Animation Inc. Plans to Make Former Disney Animators Partners

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Animation, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB:RVNM.OB - News), announced today that it has received a number a resumes from former Disney animators who would like to join the Raven Animation team. Instead of just hiring these talent animators, Raven Animation plans to make them partners in the company.
``We view this as a strategic acquisition. These talented animators from the Walt Disney Company are going to be an integral part of our success for years to come. Making the animators part owners just makes smart business sense,'' stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven CEO.

Raven Animation, a new creative force in the entertainment industry, is where Pixar was several years ago before ``A Bugs Life'', ``Toy Story'', ``Toy Story 2'' and ``Lilo & Stitch'' was distributed by Disney. Raven Animation's projects include: ``Mr. Bicycle Man'', ``The BoBo Blocks'', ``Cuddle Bug Cousins'' and ``Cowboy Joe & Cowgirl Jane'' from the ``Katie Did It Kids'' collection. Raven Animation will also be looking for other projects to produce, which will create an ongoing revenue stream for the company.

Currently, Raven Moon Entertainment is producing 15 half-hour episodes of ``Gina D's Kids Club'' which will be offered to major networks for a September 2004 air date launch.

Company executives will be attending meetings with toy companies and executives at the New York Toy Fair with Gina D, Pierre D' Artist and TV TED, the stars of ``Gina D's Kids Club''. They will also be appearing at Kids Day for the New Jersey Devils hockey game with New York's Radio Disney 1560 personalities on February 14th.
