Mad-- What he still doesn't understand is that even if he directly didn't financially benefit from inside info by posting it with full knowledge that it was illegally obtained any trading gains obtained by another party puts him in jeopardy of being a co-conspirator. He can claim all he wants that he's just an innocent messenger but he will soon find out otherwise.

This is where the SEC gets involved no matter how 'small' the fish appear to be: when there's concrete evidence two or more individuals appear to conspire to manipulate a stock it ties back into the roots/intent of the RICO statute and even the SEC cannot ignore it when it's brought to their attention. In this particular case that has already happened.
