Yes, CPA and KeV got WAVE mgmt all figured out while Vanguard scratches their head and buys 800k + shares (and others)??!!

Granted, the Spragues have made some past mistakes (as foundation to the upcoming success?)however TCG is gaining traction. Why not simply wait several months to confirm? WAVE's name is all over the TCG and things "appear' to be congealing. T minus 4 (months) and counting (and buying more)......
