First, I can tell you with very good confidence that nobody on this message board can type anything that would make USSE succeed or fail. That's up to Mr. Rivera and the actual value of his pyrolysis.

Second, I can venture a good guess as to why there are a number of bashers here--probability. Longs are very likely to stay but *most* people who think USSE/SSTP will fail simply move on. If only one out of every ten people who run across USSE/SSTP think it will fail, you will probably see very little bashing since only a percentage of those stick around. On the other hand, if 80% of people who run across USSE think it smells bad, there will also be more people who stick around and idly bash.

I can tell you that I don't have any agenda other than being interested in the situation and maybe helping some people to make a more rational decision. I'm very interested in seeing how the restricted shares will play out after the restriction ends. I might post less after that.
