Gov regulation laws, like many others :), are unclear, and that's why lawyers , cpa's, and lobbyists are so prolific,


bottom line is, thru some tangled net of inter and intra state fuel sales and licenses, it had to be done.

I don't know how a car works, but I still turn the key on and get where I want to go.



Anyhow, the laws, are not JR's fault. They are however something he has dealt with quite skillfully and diligently, protecting his secrets, and the value I have in this stock.
