A few notes:

1) The recent "Volkswagen South America" deal for "installation of the FOLO System:"

The deal is actually with Volkswagen of Mexico. It is for basic units for cars. The Mexico Federal District governor (Marcelo Ebrard) has mandated gps units for cars produced starting in 2008. As a mandate, probably most will opt for basic units, not the full FOLO system, but some will undoubtedly want additional features.

The Mexico Federal District is the smallest "state" in Mexico but has 8.5 million inhabitants and the seat of government, so it could be a a pace-setter.

2) Le Group Vertdure has a very low monitoring rate ($23 a month) because it has a very basic system with minimal features. As a landscaping company their trucks are not being constantly driven. They generally drive to a spot to work.

3) Complete Innovations is a partner with Telus Mobility which may be a distributor of Folo systems.

4)LOIs-- for larger companies this may mean a demo of two to three months before the actual installation in a fleet. If ECN demonstrates the FOLO performs as promised the LOI becomes a confirmed contract.

Many of the LOIs announced in the last two months may be coming to fruition in the next month or so, but all large ones take some time because of the demo.

5) The 300,000 units ordered from the Asian factory are to be delivered directly to clients.

6) The White Paper is being written now as all testing has finished.

This is information direct from MCCY.
