The issue of the monthly questions was answered for me with the last batch for January. The answers were diluted and non-responsive. It was a waste of reading time and not worth typing out the questions. IMHO.

TIN, if you don't think they were evasive and non-responsive let me know and I will be glad to break it down for you or anyone else. The "old" shareholders here in the U.S. are not nearly as important to management as the "new" shareholders with restricted shares in China. The "new" shareholders have to hold for at least a year so there is less pressure for "fast" results that most here are looking to see.

What does that mean? If I have to explain it in any more detail you need help. News will happen when it is ready and results will be issued when they are audited. There is no need for any "hurry" to feed this board's "needs". So get past that fact. You are not the focus, you might have been last year, but that was then, this is now. You have little leverage. I guess you can _itch and moan, or go to RB, or send a Q&A that is returned as the last one was returned.

The plan is probably a listing on the HK exchange (I'm not even sure they can pull that one off), there is no U.S. exchange that they can possibly qualify to list on as things stand today. The management has hired "outside" counsel, do you think they are U.S. counsel? Maybe, but that would be a change from everything else thay have done recently. No U.S. PR except for the "Stockchat" thing or whatever it was, that was promptly removed from the site. If there is a U.S. stockholders meeting this year, I guess you can all try to get answers, otherwise the management is in China and you are not. Get over it, you have less leverage with every deal that is done. You hold or you fold.

As to the "raiders" well this is the perfect stock for them. "Old" long holders who are not looking to exit at .78, but that was a nice profit for Bill and his gang (who was his gang is an open question, there were millions of shares traded). Even TS figured it out. Must be obvious! lol

JMHO. just for TIN.
