Wait a minuite. You are confusing a product with a policy. Check 21 is not a brand, it was an act that was voted on and passed in US legislature and only applies to the US financial system. I used this example before and I will use it again. It would be like saying Declaration of Independance China. In China, the Declaration of Independance means nothing. You don't brand a policy, package it up and sell it internationally like a Nike shoe, Visa or Master Card.

On the other hand, China has their own version of our Check 21 policy. I forget what it was called, but breeze was kind enough to post an article about it earlier. So why have Check 21 China and use the name of a policy specific to the United States when China has their own similar specific policy?
