I've been told by my biodiesel buddy that permits cannot allow or cover any products of any company other than the primary holder. That would mean either or both the JV and USSE/SSTP must be permitted.

To further ice that cake, the JV terms make it explicit that the JV must operate under its own permits.

I would think (just common sense this time) that AgriMax would be invaluable in getting those permit issued however. They've been there, done that.
