Tdog: I agree with one clarification: the preferreds only need to be restructured if new shares continue to be issued. If the issuance of additional shares can be stopped with sufficient cash flow from operations, then the sp will do just fine with the preferreds like they are. IMO that's a pretty big IF at this point in time considering past history.
