I disagree, only if the sp moves in a positive direction which (IMO) will not happen with just positive ND news. The dilution has to stop and the preferred shares needs to be cleaned up to get this thing off the ground and running again. You may not like hearing this but I believe at this time it's the only way to get back on track and new money involved. We need a little luck, positive ND news, and a restructing of preferred shares. I know you've got 2/3 covered how about a little help on the third one? I don't believe ND alone will do it, hope I'm wrong but I doubt it. Best of luck.
