The reason? JMCP would be wasting cash buying back shares instead of using it to fund other deals, etc. Big companies only do buybacks when they have a large amount of cash sitting around and they want to increase the EPS. Considering JMCP 1) doesn't have a lot of cash, 2) does not release financials, and 3) does not trade on a prominent exchange on which EPS is a factor in it's PPS, we should not be buying back shares.
