FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 23, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- 247MGI, Inc. (OTCBB:TOFS) ("247MGI") announced today that it has agreed to terms to acquire 20 percent of Jacob Cane Design and receive a 50% revenue share. 247MGI will launch its website next week, which was designed by Jacob Cane.

Jacob Cane Design was started in 1999. The company's main portal is www.jacobcane.com and is based out of Lafayette, Indiana, the home of Purdue University, where Jared Fagan, president of Jacob Cane Design, studied Computer Graphics (CG) in the school of Technology. Jacob Cane Design is a one-stop shop for all online needs. Website design, hosting, domain registration, secure certificate, e-commerce solutions, logo design, business card design, etc -- whatever is needed, they have a solution to help a business run smooth.
