FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- 247MGI, Inc. ("247MGI") (OTCBB:TOFS) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire PurFusion Worldwide, Inc. www.purfusion.com, a technology and Internet marketing solution provider.

PurFusion Worldwide, Inc. offers a diversified product line which targets small and medium-sized enterprises, associations, and the sports and entertainment industry. The unique ability to fuse technology, marketing and media gives their customers the competitive edge on the Internet. They strive to increase revenue, generate web traffic, and provide overall better branding while gathering relevant information for their customers.

During the last several years PurFusion has provided a suite of Internet marketing tools and technology applications. Their primary target was the B2B sector. In the past, PurFusion offered a bundled solution which could meet any budget requirement. Programmers and Developers soon found PurFusion a viable alternative to marketing their product.

Presently, PurFusion is expanding their customer base to include cities and wholesalers such as Advertising Agencies and Interactive Companies.

Their vision for the future is to expand its product line to include a Content Management System (CMS).
