part two: 247MGI, Inc. to Work With PurFusion to Bring New Programs to the Market
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 4, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- 247MGI, Inc. ("247MGI") (OTCBB:TOFS) announced today that it is going to be working with PurFusion Worldwide, Inc. to bring new software programs to market which will help drive revenue to the company.

247MGI and PurFusion are going to work together in developing proprietary products the company will own and license out. These programs include toolbars to work with the company's IPTV and IPRadio network, as well as a sidebar to allow users to interact with the IP network, receive news and use a chat module. The sidebar will take up less then 25% of the user's screen, allowing the user to continue working without interfering with what they have on their screens.

These are just some of the new and exciting products we plan on bringing to market, as with our Player application, all products will be available for private label use.
