Aw Oh! It's not even located offshore. It's a US site. The gambling boys know they can't do that. Wonder why PNMS didn't realize it?

It looks like Ten Large has really blown it this time. He is doing everything from the US so there is no Panamanian exchange at all and he is totally under the authority of the US.
