One person doubling up and another ready to hit the road?..lol..Seems we all have one thing in common..We don't know enough yet to determine what the future holds for Hrct..Up to now there is limited info and lots of possibilities..Knowing that, I am anxiously awaiting the next steps from Dr. Hu and co...They are maneuvering Hrct into something that will change the company for the better..Imo..Even with the speculation about the dilution factor as being negative, what will a Hrct that shows profit be worth?..Six cents?..I think not..and that of course is more speculation...
Having dug through the ZD parent info that is out there along with the ZD Poly tech college stuff that I can translate, I find that this combination schools and software company is developing rapidly and the growth process is more than remarkable if the info I have found is correct....
So what is Hrct left with?..Hartcourt Princely..Who's numbers may or may not be significant in the 10K but those that attended the meeting know that their immediate future is a bright one..and then the deal of all deals..To "merge" and change the company's outlook in the blink of an eye...ZD Software college is something concrete and promising..Imo..If I held EDU as a stock and just based my decisions on whether I thought the company would do well only knowing their profile, I'd say they would never get off the ground..Six month short term courses on how to become a short order cook and other things like that doesn't impress...imo..Yet they are doing great....But a school that has some status already and has potential for growth and stability seems to me a viable undertaking to say the least..Jmho
So there will be those that leave..and it appears there are more that want in thinking they can make a penny or two..and there are those like myself that like the idea of where Hrct is going and though they had to issue a lot of shares, those shares go to the merge partner and are restricted..So for me, to have about four years to see those shares become tradeable, is okay by me..I want to see the how Hrct gets to where it's going..So I'll be here until things get done..and because I believe Dr. Hu and Victor and Billy are putting together something of quality..We will see who is right and who is not..and it shouldn't be to much longer until we know more..Jmho
