De Mattei is admittedly involved with Three Sixty, and it's his hangover relief product. Additionally, Tina Citro appears to be the same person who worked for Mattei's ASG.

But one thing is clear about De Mattei, he has a product and he's determined to market it. If he can do that without printing shares shareholders might be okay.
