Management Team formed, Ungagged T/A, Four New products announced, New packaging scheme, aggressive targeted marketing plan, Est. revenue 35 Million first year with a net of 2 million in 10 months, CEO Blog, Transparency concerned Mgt and goals of being up listed. Working on Audited financials. CEO promise of only private restricted placement of remaining shares at a premium PPS

NEGS: Fear of unannounced Dilution in future, Fear the lack of audited financial filings, Fear that any obligations to previous shell or acquisition applying to new company, Fear that untruthful statements will be made by CEO. Fear that product will not sell. Fear that I will have to listen to Harps bringing up names that do not have anything to do with this company LOL
