GLOBETEL COMMUNICATIONS CORP vs ALTVATER, ULRICH


the Company has filed a lawsuit against Trimax and Ulrich Altvater,
Perhaps GTEM meant it as one and the same since Altvater is "Trimax's principal executive officer and shareholder"

Now we have GTEM filing a lawsuit against Ulrich and Ulrich filing a lawsuit against GTEM.
What a mess.
