Detroit Phone Cards, Inc. is a corporation, so it's not just one man's decision to sell and he alone wouldn't get all the proceeds from the transaction. The shareholders would share in the proceeds after covering the company's liabilities and debt, albeit private shareholders and not public ones like us.

We really don't know squat about Detroit Phone or what Paivis is offering to pay for them. Just because a PR calls Detroit Phone "profitable" doesn't mean very much. How profitable are they? Do they earn 10 cents/year or $2 million/year?

We're lacking crucial information about the proposed acquisition.
