Mick... I understand this and agree that delisting is a good thing but it does not explain the price action. I agree with Tricoast1 that the company needs to develop some interest and provide some direction to the shareholders. Also 3 years ago the focus was on being a revenue producer. That is far from where we are at today. Feel free to disagree with me but I think Fox needs to address his shareholders especially the ones who have been with him for awhile and tell us how we are going to dig out of this hole. I do think MM prey on the lack of interest and the weak hands but that is just normal market action and does not indicate a huge short to me. I hope I am wrong but I don't think so.

If there is no naked short and no one can seems to be able to provide any plausible proof it exists then why is the price where it is at. I think it is because of the lack of O&G revenue and the continued focus of selling W.I. in the properties we have. All of these add up to big bucks for the CEO and the oilpods guy and squat for the shareholder.

You may dislike my comments but I have been long in this stock for 3 1/2 years and we have made no progress all I keep hearing is that we are undervalued and on the verge of going to the AMEX. None of these have come from the CEO just the IR and the boards.
