PRVB , OTHERS: being of this nature of setting the berlin exchange to be delisted.

why in the world is the berlin exchange allowed to just pickup any company and list them and naked short them?

cramer does adjust to these companies that the exchange is doing and ruining the companies by listing them for trading without company permission.

we know canada has taken some action for traders doing illegal naked shorts.
