I agree... I was just more than willing to prove I am a real share holder. I don't think implying someone is a short seller when you don't know that for a fact is not very useful either.

I just wanted to set the record straight.

Point is that the Berlin Exchange is bad. PRVB does not seem to be heavily traded there. If it is delisted can it be moved to another country.... maybe there is speculation this would happen. Shorts are crooks so do you think if they are illegally shorting this stock they are going to miracously come clean and get legal on Sept. 28th?

Where is there proof that any of this exists? My fear is that these kind of rumors set an expectation and when they do not materialize they only put a negative on the company and hurt the share price.
