Yes there are two J/V’s with Quantum. The J/V’s with Quantum is for Iron Minerals only….. The copper may or may not involve them, we will have to wait and see…….. there may not be any partners on the copper. Since copper is 10 times higher than iron, it would be better to let IMMN have all of it. And before you asked the question, the dividends for CWRM shareholders will come after IMMN is cleaned up.. most likely September…

The Mindoro Island project will work out find for CWRM… No risk, no investment, A loading facility is being built, I don’t know if any production will get out before the end of the year or not? But in any case the monthly income for CWRM will be more than the current value of the company.. go figure that one..
