Thanks for trying to clarify...

However this statement is still confusing..

"Management is now considering the possibility of moving all Iron Mineral Projects to the Quantum International joint venture while CWRM will move into the Copper Crude Ore Mining Sector."

Again there should be two JV's, one with IMMN and one with CWRM. CWRM should get 50% of the profit from their JV, which CWRM is providing the mineral leases. Quantum supplies funding and ore marketing. What is meant by their moving iron projects to the JV? I know the Mindoro project was outside the JV, but that appears to have gone away. What exactly is the status of the JV? So what if CWRM if gets into copper mining, the company should still own 50% of their JV.

How would the copper mining operation be funded? Granted if mining actually occurs by the JV, these profits could be your funding. From watching the CWRM and IMMN stock performance, I don't think you're going to get the funding from us shareholders.

#4 Paul Taylor - I can't verify, but it's been said by other individuals that the ass. moderator of this board REKNAWXAM is Paul Taylor. Do your own DD and see if that scares you.
