JoeV2..........FYI............
This is not meant to embarrass you, only to make some clarifications as in your post number 2238 you seem to be totally confused….
1. Beijing Shougang Huaxia Interantional Trade Company, Ltd. Is a subsidiary of the Shougang Steel Group, the sixth largest steel manufacturer in China. The Trade group exports finished steel products and imports raw steel making materials. See: www.sghxgm.com.cn
2. FTAA (Financial or Technical Assistance Agreement) Agusan Petroleum & Mining Corporation: Permit: FTAA-IV-B-5 (Reg. IV-B) / Location: Abra De LLog, Mindoro: Area: 46,000 Ha. (In addition to that, CWRM is not a mining partner of Agusan, only the Technical and Marketing Directors)
3. As a verified shareholder of CWRM or IMMN, you may ask for an explanation or even a limited information copy of any backup documentation that has been referenced in any new release of CWRM or IMMN; neither company has ever issued a news release containing bogus or false or misleading information as you have stated in this public forum. All news releases have 100% authenticated backup documentation and management shall continue to follow all SEC guidelines for dissemination of public information.
4. You referenced someone named Paul? If you were referring to Paul Taylor, he is not a shareholder of CWRM and may or may not be a limited shareholder of IMMN; I was told that the IMMN shell was acquired from him, that is all I know about the man, his pervious involvement with the former owners of the shell is not the concern of CWRM or IMMN, he is not an affiliate, associate or business partner in these companies.
