From the Immn board thanks to Sylvrewynde

"Robert L. Cotton, President & C.E.O. of Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. announced today that the company has received a Letter of Intent from Beijing Shougang Huaxia International Trade Company, Ltd. The trade group is the appointed subsidiary of Shouang's steel group for purchasing raw steel making materials. http://www.shougang.com.cn/main.html"

Interestingly enough, the web address goes to the contacts page for the Shougang Group (lots of e-mail addresses for anyone that's interested) not the PRed Shouang(sic?). Unfortunately for Mr. Cotton, Beijing Shougang Huaxia International Trade Company, Ltd. advertises itself as only an exporting company. What is a mining company is doing setting up exports from China as the PR claims given the additional discovered information?

"The LOI signed by Business Department Manager, Liu Hui, is for Mexico under International Minerals Mining Group, Inc. and Mineral Deposits in the Republic of the Philippines, under Cotton & Western Mining, Inc."

Ah, so is IMMN brokering the export of products from China as an import to Mexico? And how can CWRM do anything in the Phillipines given the fact that their "partner", Agusan Petroleum and Mining, Corporation, doesn't yet have permission to involve a foreign company in ANY mining operation there?

"Management is now considering the possibility of moving all Iron Mineral Projects to the Quantum International joint venture"

What iron mineral projects???

"CWRM will move into the Copper Crude Ore Mining Sector. The company has been studying three copper deposits in the Philippines and will reach a board consensus before the end of August 2007."

"Initial testing of two copper deposits has proven positive with chemical analysis averaging over 27% copper (Cu). A more detailed geological study is scheduled for September 2007."

Once again, how can CRWM be studying deposits in an area when they are currently forbidden by a national law to do so??

So in essence we have another bogus PR loaded with false information. LOL. Where does Paul find these guys anyway???
