EBITA of approximately 35 cents per share is rather impressive on 1 contract. Valuation here will set in soon. 35cents earnings per share is huge for 1 agreement considering there's probably more to come soon.

35 cents x pe 20 = $7.00 per shr (ballpark)

Another contract this size and valuation is double digits imo.

Holding shares in PHBR and think it's the play
