MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PhoneBrasil International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PHBR - News) announces new contract with Tellestar. The agreement is expected to produce $22 million dollars in revenues annually and an EBITA of approximately 35 cents per share. The agreement is set to commence immediately.

CEO Anderson Dias stated, "Tellestar has signed an agreement with PHBR for the use of their licenses in Brazil to do business as a telecommunications company as well as the minutes provided. PhoneBrasil will provide Tellestar with access to Brazilian customers using their licenses and billing operations.
