Gotta remember.... They don't have a whole lotta money. Many many months ago, they only had like 15k in cash. I doubt there's any left, but that's only enough for a years worth of end of day purchases. They could be sharing the responsibility with personal funds. As soon as news hits the wires they can sell into the few penny pop and start all over again. If there ever is significant news that'll give HRCT some legs, they've always got their payroll shares to capitalize on.

I would have suggested 100% wrongful speculation, but, someones gotta be right. :~) Could be you, hopefully Mister EC and the $125.00 club.
