I agree with you there, Rick, and the SEC is mandated to reach a final decision in that proceeding within 120 days, but after reading the answers from Orbit, IMO, they could very well allow Orbit to begin trading on the pinks at any time now, and I believe that this suspension only had to do with SEC rules and regulations, so this step needed to be completed first.
