I-Man you could be right, there is alot of assumptions regarding that last P/R...Victor could have inadvertainly used the word merger in regard to the acquisitions or he could have used it in regard to the parent company..The idea that the parent company will be a majority stockholder leans to the latter..( I know that is an assumption, and to "assume" ,makes an ass out of u and me, but i stick to my original comment it "might" happen...)
