Res, I agree with your questions. I'd prefer waiting until we hear back either from Evgeny, who mentioned 20th August as the big date (next Monday) and the SEC or Canadian counterpart and their investigation.

What will an Attorney bring now? Don't you all agree, that the above elements/events might bring more clarity - free of charge - and that we could still then jump on the attorney track? I guess if any news from either Evgeny or SEC/Canada comes out, we will at least know if AC is alive and if there is anything wrong with ACMG. Then we can decide what to do. If there is hope to get any value back after those events, well, then I will most likely join in, but not before.
