I have no desire to line a laawyers pockets either. Please understand that the lawsuit with Evengy will not be an overnite deal this could drag on for a long while, If there even is really a lawsuit.
Chances of our getting this all together by Monday are slim. We need to do something to at least get the ball rolling. Sitting on a board saying "Please SIAM/Cavasin throw us a bone" has not worked since April and our sitting around dreaming up scenarios with each other only gives more time for them to play their games. I am seriously beginning to question the motives of those that tell me to hold on another day while it's obvious to me that everything here is wrong. This makes me think of watching my stuff being carted out the back of my garage while my neighbor tells me "It's ok, they're probably just painting for you, give them more time and you will see". I find it highly unlikely we can get this together by Monday anyway and if we get clarity in the mean time we can always put on the brakes.
