Damages, KM and RC had a lawyer appear for them? Did I read that correctly.. I thought they represented themselves. Assuming they were there by telephone only? Why didnt you and KM make a trip out of it and stop the "they never appear in court" dialog? Why miss that opportunity. Did the hedge fund lawyers lay into the creditors hard? Personal shots and credibility? No gossip from you about what was said? Did KM get in some shots? Come on...
