Of course the decline could wreck havoc in a strong stock like QCOM, but for now, the box has a solid bottom at $55, if it is breached, then I will change the target to around $57. SNDK is more difficult, some semi's (or I should say semi consumables) like CCMP are already breaking down hard. But I think that SNDK at $55 will be under a PE of 20 (going forward) and competing with other semis that are not growing that fast sporting much higher PE. Of course a breach of the $47.5 to $53 box on SNDK will open the flood gate to a retreat to thew $37/$42 area. I don't expect that to happen n the next two months...
