In an email reply to me from Joe Monterosso, I offer you the following:

Vern:

I have put on paper a number of things that concern me about the information being posted on the IHub board.

First, why is it that all ex-employees are to be dismissed as being disgruntled? Does being disgruntled lessen the truth of their information? Is it not advantageous for all that have an interest in GlobeTel to know all information? I for one want to hear it all. I will make my own evaluation of the information.

When the company puts out information, are we to believe every word? When was the last time that the company put out negative information? The company has a paid public relations manager. They can at any time dispute anything that has been said that is untrue. I can only assume by their silence that what has been said is true. If it is not, then why haven't they disputed it, no matter where the information comes from?

Without putting too fine a point on it, the only things that GlobeTel has accomplished in the last nine months under Khoury's leadership are accumulating more debt, selling more restricted shares and of course, the Teaming Agreement (I for one would like to see the terms of this agreement). Will the company please provide this information? I believe most agree that this company is functioning at a minimal level and may be insolvent. There is no revenue being produced by either Sanswire or No Mas.

GTEL only posts when it it convenient for them to do so. I don't know for sure, but I would think that GTEL in its current state, would be required to inform the public that it has received a capital call, whether or not it has received a counter suit from Trimax/Altvater and/or any other material event. (I would think the standard for disclosure would be more stringent considering the condition of the company).

Sale of Restricted Shares - It is my understanding that the company is selling at a great discount restricted shares to survive. I also believe that the 2 million shares that Khoury was holding in his pocket have been or are being sold. These shares are controlled by Kostro and administered by Leinwand. I bring your attention to the press release with the Israelis. Note that the stock spiked and the volume increased considerably. I would not be surprised if Khoury, Kostro and Leinwand sold into that market to generate cash. Whether it was used in the company or not, I don't know.

Look for a press release on their alleged successes in Washington, followed shortly thereafter by a considerable spike in the sale of shares.

For once and for all, Centerline made profits two quarters in a row. Those quarters were the first and second quarters of 2006. It is in the Q's. I am sure the first thing that I am going to get is that these numbers are going to be restated. It is not true. The profit is legitimate profit and not in question. So, Centerline, headed by Monterosso, did make a profit and would have continued to do so had Khoury not killed the division.

I suggest that you wait and see what happens in regards to any SEC issues. Time will tell one way or another, who did what.

Consider this, it is my understanding that the most important aspect of filing an involuntary bankruptcy petition is to be as sure as possible that the company is in fact insolvent. What better way to determine this than by the company's own financial filings. Those filings would also indicate that the auditors believe that the company may not be a concern. If this scenario is correct, don't plan on seeing any numbers anytime soon and if numbers are filed, look for an involuntary bankruptcy right behind them.

Anywhere Caller was canceled by Dan Erdberg. Certainly up to the time when I left the company there were no plans for Anywhere Caller. In any case, I do not believe that GlobeTel has any carriers remaining as most, if not all are still owed money for services previously provided.

Mexico - If Mexico fails, you can be assured that Mr. Khoury and company have no responsibility whatsoever in its failure. I am sure that you will see a press release to that effect.

Again, I invite the company to dispute anything that I have said. I would like to see Mr. Bleckman post directly rather than through private emails. I think it is time that the company level with the shareholders, of which I am one.
