GST...Earnings are due out on Tuesday. Gastar was mentioned in Flotek's cc and looks like it may be one for the watchlist...

Chesapeake Energy recently added 1,757,195 newly issued Gastar common shares at a price of $2.00 per share and now owns approx 16.4% of Gastar...

In May, Navasota Resources paid approx $92M in cash for a portion of Gastar's undeveloped leasehold in East Texas. (this should show in upcoming earnings report). They also paid $2 for another 10M shares of Gastar stock and now own close to 5% of the company...
