I never said lie..

Of course the lawyers arent going to say "we cant win" so they spin it by saying its not profitable enough for us to pursue. also known as, we dont have enough evidence to get any money out of this guy.. all allegations and speculations.

IMO, the OSC will take this same route, poor excuses and lame duck reasons.
