You are correct. Folks wanted news, and they finally get it! And they continue to complain, yeah some folks can NEVER be pleased. That is for sure.

Dan did NOT reverse this stock, and canceled the LOI with Matrix. And IMO he is NOT going to cancel this LOI. He knows how bad the last one hurt us, and his credit as a CEO. This deal will close and no reverse, IF Past predicts future.

I am confident in Dan taking care of this LOI, and closing it. We know he has cash from the sell of all of the assets here. And the SYNS deal being completed.

Also insiders own SO much of the float here. They do not want to get hurt with a reverse of any kind. And IMO, this is going to be completed with CASH. And all the naysayers will become buyers. Afterall, a company that grows revenues makes it in the business world.

And we have liquidated all of our RED assets with this company. And now it is time for a new direction. Also with the new mgmt team joining the BoD. That probably means they see the future being with SMMW...instead of the company they are currently with. And SMMW is going to retain those folks. A little Human Relations, from the June 25th PR. Folks today's news is GREAT.

And IF they achieve the $20m in revenues for this year...and $100m in revenues over the next 36 months, that is even better. Dan signed this LOI to close this deal. He will NOT disappoint the investors again. He remembers how bad Matrix hurt him, and he thought this one out. Or it would have NEVER been PR'd IMO!
