you mean a couple people who regularly post to pump WAVX have demo versions and are fiddling with them.

Listing the part in a catalogue is not the same as having the ability to "SHIP" immediately.

The gentleman from Technisoft responded , and I quote, "We drop ship from our distributors warehouses. Currently the
distributor
is not showing an estimated availability date but there is one unit on
backorder. The board does exist, I personally have one (Not for Resale
Demo)"

Why would Mr Luken lie about his distributor's ability to provide an availability date? I wrote to inquire if he had them or if I would have to wait. He responded by stating his distributor is NOT showing an availability date.

You think the fella is deliberately attempting to avoid ringing up sales? You think its a conspiracy to avoid selling WAVX stuff?

ONE(1) on BACKORDER, why would it be on backorder if they are readily available as you assert. This was a board that was announced to be ready for volume shipments beginning in the fourth quarter. You'll excuse me if I point out this is January , the first quarter of the year following the fourth quarter when they were supposedly to be available to fly out the door.
