Urka, the public disclosure of 144 sales has been stopped by nasdaq, or we would have known that Alliance was selling. So my point is still the same. All 2.5B shares are unrestricted. How can you assume that shares from one insider are in the float and the rest is not. That is just conjectural and imo counterproductive, but you are of course entitled to your own opinion.
