MCCY - Volume below avg again..Folks are indecisive at the Ask. No amount of pumping seems to sway the fact that the market wants something from the ceo that they have not seen. There is a reason why seemingly great PRs haven't exploded the share price. No matter what folks are saying it is not translating into slapping the ask. Not panic but not Euphoria either...chart is telling the story daily...The question is this. What does the market want from the ceo that it is not getting?
