They issued more shares to pay to turn on more wells it stated so in the PR. Question is: When they did issue them (what month) and at what specific price, the quanitity for service rendered in the leases and were there any restrictions on when they could be sold like immediately or at a later set date in time? But, they are expecting to be cash flow positive and will not need to go back to the equity markets which is huge news for all of us to raise more capital to turn on more wells...unless another major production pops up no more issuance of shares from a equity situation for capital. That is is a biggie in my eyes...change of tide for sure. When revenues increase they are buying back more shares which will take some time but someone down there has changed there way of thinking I like this.
2nd key point...looking for financing based off of assets instead of issuing shares to turn on wells they are looking for financing...very nice. Very wise move...because if they are planning to turn on another 300 wells give or take and have them on pump by end of January these boys are going to be very busy indeed. Very smart move looking for financing...stop the increase of authorized for basic well services.
3rd key point...Joe spoke about the audit...look closely it states wilL be completed by NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 28TH!
