You are only adding 12M, not 18M; you give up the one (~6M) to get the 3 (~18M). Galo would still therefore own controlling interest (57.5%), even though his ownership is diluted (your personal ownership will actually increase, more than doubling, percentage-wise).

This will increase the OS, as of August 29, from 30,200,000 to 42,126,396, so the AS will have to increase to some number above 40M to accommodate the new shares. IMO, the AS will go to 100M or more, to allow for capitalization/expansion dilution.

Seems to me, an updated float of 17,889,594 in pennyland is still a pretty good number at this pps, when you consider the remaining OS is restricted from hitting the marketplace.....
