You know Little Johnny pumped this stock about 3 years ago. I think the quote was that he would close down his web site if the stock didn't get to $2.00 a share -- these posts are in date order, oldest to newest

And now, they are clinging to a TINY MOT deal, and I mean really tiny, and are about to become a sub- 4 penny stock via forward split. Why? I mean rally, ask yourself why they would do this? Who would pay for a pump right before a forward split, and why would they want to attract volume to the stock? Who has a lot of paper to push? Or are they planning a graveyard short?

OK, say you are on the more optimistic side -- say the company has some earth-shattering deal to report. And they are getting ready a share issuance to raise the money they would need to make that happen, and are ready to release the news. Say some "third party" got a heads up or is in on the financing/stock issuance deal on that, and initiated a pump ahead of the news. Why would they do that now? Why not wait until after the forward split?

Maybe some posters here have an idea. Or maybe not.
