jeannie the spam did not come form him though.He had better be carefull because the disclaimer on the spam said they were paid 12.5k from a 3rd party unrelated to the Company. Should the the authorities contact the spammers and or supena them for the info on who paid them, and even if he didn't know about the spam he could still get in hot water, they could shut him down.
