Amedia Networks Inc (fka AANI)

They have had sharholder approval since 2004 for a R/S which they
said they would only do should they be able to get a 2nd offering
and move to the NASD with the higher price.It never happened.
Now what else can they do? These guys broke off years ago from Lucent Tech.They really tried to get their fiber optics out to the phone Companies but Verizon is already offering Cable TV through the phone lines and its not from Amedia Networks. The only thing I see going on is some work they do for Motorola but its small potatoes. IMHO they should close the doors and keep the shell reporting and sell it. I think its the only way to save the sharholders. A 1 for 10 forward split will dilute them to nothing
and everybody looses.
