So by the filings it looks like....the current TRBY has rights to the Morph(to do what with who knows). If someone offers Tom(designer appliance) oh let us say 18 million for the patent rights, he could gain control of the rights from TRBY and sell it under Designer Appliance all for a 5% fee of roughly 900,000 dollars to TRBY and Designer Appliance/Tom gets 17.1 million......the shareholders get what? Is that a reasonable assumption? Am I speculating this correctly? He also retains over 17 million shares of this newly formed company? The shareholders get what?

I think your right that some here know more than what they admit to knowing based on the chronic fact that noone here is outraged at this. We shall see. Wonder how Scott feels.....and the saga grows. Thanks for all your input.
